Peaks and troughs

I was on a mega low, yesterday morning, Ziggy was in hospital, my very temporary gate, was just too temporary, (it kept getting blown away) And to top all that, my computer had a tropical desease or some kind of virus! But within an hour, Steve brought Ziggy back-the computer was taken into hospital-and my new gate arrived:)

My dog jumped about me in excitement as she saw me put my Cycle helmet on, oooh this meant we were going just a little further than the Park, at the bottom of my garden. The freedom, and release I felt from the chains that bound me (usually called a disability) I could go faster than the average person, who was out jogging. And I was even capable of making my whippet sprint.

I chose to call in at Angelas, for a coffee, on the way home. She was really pleased to see me, as I aint been out much :(

I'm off to meet Emily, in Millhouses Park she's a non disabled person, whose a campaigner for equality, and works for the Sheffield Centre for Independent Living. Who are playing host I think, to my presentation, about the Record of Involvement. AND she's cycling from town to meet me :)

High Heels and lippy, have been put away because the filming wasn't finalised, at Hillsborough. Which is very frustrating.
